Sleep Aid- Is there one that works without the side effects?
Still tired after an 8 hour sleep? As crazy as this may sound, it’s very common for
people to wake up tired even after a full nights rest. How can this be? If you’re not getting quality sleep it’s no different than being sleep deprived.
I struggled with sleep disorders for years and I’ve tried just about every thing known to man to “cure” it but for the longest
time but nothing worked. The supplement Melatonin worked for a few weeks but it
appeared that my body grew accustomed to it and it no longer worked unless I stayed off of it for 3-4 weeks.
I also tried one of those Sleep Number Beds thinking that this would help.
Sure it’s a great bed, but I still fought the sleep demons.
I was beginning to think my sleep problems due to sleep apnea however my doctor says no and I agree with him
because I was checked for this a few years back.
I came to the realization that some folks just have trouble sleeping and for me I think it was a matter of learning to “shut off”
my mind.
An old college friend recently commented on how his Wife (Lisa) struggled with the same sleep issues as I and she found relief
with a natural supplement. I know what you’re thinking…here comes the sales pitch!
No quite. I'm a HUGE fan of finding natural
products that work and if you open your mind and do some research you'll come to the same conclusion.
Surprisingly, there’s a ton of clinical research to back up this product at pubmed.org and that’s what finally convinced me to try
it. I’m no search engine expert but this page has receive a ton of hits and I get 5-10 emails
a week from people who’ve try it and also back up the fact it works wonders.
Enough rambling…here’s Lisa’s link below (keep in mind you need to enter your name & email be you’ll get a great
education and you can remove yourself at any time)
